AOMSI - Maharashtra State Chapter
Submit Abstract
Submit your research work for presentation at the 12th Annual Conference of AOMSI — Maharashtra State Chapter. Authors are requested to follow the recommended abstract format and ensure that the content is original, structured and within the allowed word limit.
All submissions will undergo review by the scientific committee, and acceptance notifications will be sent via email. Please provide accurate author details, affiliations and contact information to avoid delay in communication.
GUIDELINES
GENERAL GUIDELINES
Registration at the 12th Maharashtra State Chapter of AOMSI 2026 is mandatory for abstract submission.
All abstracts must follow the topics & guidelines provided.
Name of the author / institution / hospital must NOT be mentioned in the abstract or manuscript.
Incomplete or incorrect submissions will be rejected.
All fields in the online abstract submission form must be completed.
Submission of the abstract implies that you have read, understood, and complied with all the terms and conditions mentioned in the abstract portal.
Case reports will NOT be accepted under the prize category.

Evaluation Process
Abstracts will be evaluated by the scientific committee.
Shortlisted candidates will be informed.
The best 8 papers will be selected for final presentation in the main hall.
Papers not shortlisted in Round 1 & 2 will be shifted to Free Paper Category (1).
